A local Long Beach resident, he went to high school at St. John Bosco and completed a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from California State University Fullerton. A self-proclaimed real estate junkie, Vince considers himself a student of the industry. Literally starting at the bottom, Vince’s real estate career began in 2007 where he primarily worked to negotiate shortsale and foreclosure properties. As years went by and the market improved, he turned his focus to helping other young millennials like himself to purchase their first home. In 2012, Vince decided to go off on his own and start his own independent real estate brokerage, Marqui Realty. Since then, Vince has grown his office from 6 to over 30 agents. When asked what it was that made him successful in the transition from salesperson to broker, he said that it was his commitment to serving.
